This is the Belgium gueuze bottle that everybody wishes that they find sitting on a store shelf. Impress your friends (or hide the fact you have it from your friends). You will receive one 750 ml bottle and one crystal glass. Geuze, gueuze, lambic, sour and 3 Drie Fonteinen fans will want to add this bottle (and glass) to their collection. Makes a great gift too!
Sounds crazy but I don't think that is too far from the true value of that bottle. That is a really rare beer that didn't make it out into public from what I understand.

"If it's holding up like the other '96 barleywines I'm selling, it should be amazing"New contender for shittiest deal on MBC. For the love of god, please no one buy this.

I was ISO this beer after seeing one sell for super cheap a few weeks ago, but no way in hell is this worth $500.
Probably for collector's purposes only vs. actually drinking. You could market as the original batch of one of the groundbreaking beers and the $500 doesn't seem that wild.New contender for shittiest deal on MBC. For the love of god, please no one buy this.

Aren't barleywines just aged DIPAs though?"If it's holding up like the other '96 barleywines I'm selling, it should be amazing"
I laughed
I want to try this beer, but this is ridiculous. No where near what this might actually go for. Jeez:

Top 10 beer of 2015 does not = $650!!!It's a fantastic beer, likely in the top 10 of 2015 for me. But if I had known it was worth $650, I may have decided to sell it for $649.
Holy crap, someone bought this for $1,500!?!

Jeez. Not even a great beer like Don Q.
I had it about a year or so ago over at Two Roads brewery in CT. It wasn't very good at all. Super oxidized the fresher 2010 bottles are much better. Also the 2000's saw limited distribution in the U.S. They sat on my shelves at 16.99 per bottle back then when I used to own a Home D beer store in NY.That is a special version of SNR. Someone can chime in, but that was aged in barrels of a first growth French Bordeaux from what I understand.

Its my understanding that in order to attract a buyer dumb enough to spend a digit more than any beer is "worth" one must create unique catch phrases to convey just how awesome ones **** is.im assuming this is a stupid price and not worth it (dont really know), but what the **** does "imperial stout of the saison world" mean?

I would attend that for sure. Sounds like a great time.Amish Paradise Rumspringa Jazz Party Cordial wouldnt be the same without it!
Well, im sorry but you are not invited unless you buy the future rustic petite artisanal saison of the rumchata world.I would attend that for sure. Sounds like a great time.
Rare beer and Amish home cooking sounds genuinely awesome to me. 4srs
