The best way to use Lutra is to throw it in the trash, and use anything else.

Barn house funk is what I always get with it.

Barn house funk is what I always get with it.

All I keep reading is how clean a yeast it is, and every time I brew with it, I can tell it's Kviek. Especially in lighter beers. Definitely a funk...
