My facility is getting rid a a few old water bubblers. Can I use these as some sort of wort chiller? I was the copper tubing wraps arouns kind of like a chiller, but these seem to have aluminum radiator fins. Any Ideas or should I just trash them.
Thanks,
Jeff

They are not high enough capacity for once through wort chilling, the best use is fermenter cooling by recirculating water or coolant through unit and out to fermenter.

They have about 30' of copper bent and twisted up nicely. If I hook both of them together, I think it will work as an immersion chiller. I just want to make sure It is safe to put into the pot.
