Here's a version I came up with after looking at a few others I found real quick for something to brew this weekend as an Oktoberfest style ale (not a lager). I want to age it for a few months and and ferment at 60-65F. I was wondering if anyone had any input. I might be heavy on the amber malt extract. I'm using the santiam hops because it's all I have that's close to tettnanger. This will be one of my final 3 extract/grains batches, then all grain.
