It's week 3 almost 4, and my maple red ale is still slowly bubbling, I'm not quite sure if it's safe to bottle yet. Any thoughts?
 
After that long it should be OK. Remember though that bubbles don't really mean anything at this point (some would argue never). The only way to insure your brew is finished fermenting is by doing some gravity tests with a hydrometer. :mug:
 
Gravity is fine, I'm just worried about bottle bombs. I'll be using Cooper's carb tabs.

If your FG is stable (ie hasn't changed over the last 2 days) you won't have to worry about further fermentation in he bottle. I've never used tabs to carbonate .... Why not naturally ferment? Time?
