I work in a restaurant and came across this Sanitizer solution. its food grade service sanitzer and is safe for food containers just wondering if people think it would work the same and be safe enough as sanistar or other brew equipment sanitizing products. it would save me a ton of money if so..

cant really read it.

Is it Quaternary Ammonia? that will work, its just too expensive to be popular in homebrewing.

Haha.

We use the same stuff at work to sanitize food surfaces, and I have been filling gallons up (from a tap we have at work that automatically dillutes it) and using it for sanitizing my equipment. So far, after 2-3 brews, no infections or problems so I assume it is working well. Much cheaper than buying it, that's for sure!

sweet thanks. my boss told me to take three of these jugs home. it will last me for years most likely. shibby!
