Hey folks, just wanted to finally chime in on the forum, been a lurker for sometime now, have learned a lot that's for sure. I have been brewing for almost 2 years now, started just like most..Mr.Beer then to extract, now All-Grain. Have several bathes under my belt of all-grain and learning more everytime.
I do have a question....don't know if its relevant here on this section or not...but if anyone had "legal" access to a natural spring...would you use the water for brewing???
I'm thinking of maybe using that water for some brewing, what should I do before using it, boil water first before doing anything? Filter it? Etc.....Been using city water the whole time, and wanting to kick it up a notch with some uniqueness.
