thoughts on the Cellarman & Daybreak? Any particular standouts if not those ones?

Hold on, we have to ask our waitres's option on the rhymes with anana flavor
Hey, she said banana. I didn't force it out of her and I haven't slept with her for years, so any bias is gone.

It kills all of you that I may be right.

I've been waiting for someone to post this. Care to share your thoughts?

Cantillon J.F.Vonck (1990): Significant oxidation and suggestion of cork taint in the nose; taste, however, was bright and surprisingly vibrant given both the age and the hints front the nose.
Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze Vintage (2002): One of my top three gueuzes enjoyed at the tasting; still peaking.
De Cam Oude Geuze (2001): Very good; nice earthy minerality.
Cantillon Saint Lamvinus (Port Barrel) (2003): Probably my favorite of the fruit lambics consumed; vintage St. Lam speaks to the wine lover in me; some people noted Don Q-like grape notes.
Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze 50th Anniversary (1998): On the decline from its peak as the flavors are starting to get a little rounded and blurred; that said, it is still a quality geuze.
Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze (1999): Still doing well, especially if you don't mind a little oxidation in the nose; nice and musty.
Drie Fonteinen Millennium Geuze (2000): One of my top three gueuzes enjoyed at the tasting; great complexity and nuance still.
Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze (2001): Easily the worst of the queuze at the tasting; oxidization is taking over and it is losing focus.
Cantillon Kriek (1980s): Who says fruit fades with time?; really enjoyable sour cherry presence after all these years.
H.Ertie Saint Andbeed Vlelem (2012): While this isn't one of my favorite Uli blends, this is a solid gueuze showing off the man's talents.
Cantillon Brabantiae (1991): Good old gueuze flavor profile; musty, earthy, a touch of citrus, light oxidation.
Cantillon Fou Foune (2002): Easily the most acidic beer sampled; some couldn't finish their pours, but the intense apricot acidity worked for me.
Cantillon Gueuze (1996): One of my top three gueuzes enjoyed at the tasting; this year has always been a great offering from Cantillon; excellent depth of flavor; funky while still carrying a clean citric undercurrent.
Cantillon Iris (2nd Batch) (1998): Mellowest/subtlest flavor profile of any of the beers sampled, but that is not necessarily a bad thing.
Cantillon Framboise w/ Vanilla (1986): Crazy how the raspberries have not gone quiet; vanilla is not perceptible; very nice.

My top five, in no particular order, were: 1986 Framboise; 2003 St. Lam; 1996 Cantillon; Millennium; 2002 OGV.

Cellarmaker is the real deal. I probably had 5-6 pale ale/IPA/IIPAs from them during my two visits, and each one was both unique to the others, and very tasty. The other beers I had (a couple brett saisons and a couple stouts) were also pretty good. I only had a small pour of Daybreak, but I definitely picked up on some citrus in the flavor.

Thank you. I'll have to ask a buddy to snag some Cellarmaker growlers for me.

Not even sure I can post this in here, considering we didn't even Cantillonbro.

Apologies for Instagram filtering the **** out of these pictures but it was really dark in the room we were drinking in and flash photography at a share even amongst friends is a major party foul.
