Anybody have a good recipe for a decently hoppy beer w/o too many other grains. Maybe something along the lines of Dale's Pale....not a clone but in that ballpark? Trying to plan my first brew to break into this grain.

P.S. Haven't had a chance to check whether my grain has been milled/crushed or not (didn't feel like it inside the bag). I'll try to check tomorrow.
Jason took care of me. It was a crazy coincidence: He called and said he was in Denver, It turns out he was driving directly behind me on Kipling. Just had to pull over and swap the grain out.

I think that's a great idea. Planning on doing my golden strong ale with the CMC pils and see how it works out.We'll have to put together a "denver bulk buy #3" tasting party in the spring when it's warmer.
