Copy pastas?
rather than paste a bunch of people's names (or spend the time blanking them out), this is the comment that seemed to break the camel's back:

guywhodidntgetabottle: Lame as **** to get alert emails same day as release

De garde will email us in advance about a release. The expectation was set that most if not all releases will happen at 9am PST on mondays. Some mondays we wont get something. So when they're kind enough to send an email out to let us know, people still have something to complain about bc "they should have given us 24+ hr notice so I could set alarm, take time off, whateverthefuckexcuseIneed" etc.

It's just not as entertaining this time. Was really hoping for a new angle.
i'm waiting to hear someone complain that DG doesn't ship beer "because other breweries ship beer all the time for members". You know, **** those state alcohol laws

I just caught up on this thread. That FB group is entertaining at times, but it also blows my mind that adult humans with their actual names and pictures displayed choose to seriously bitch to that extent about beer and aspects of a membership that were never guaranteed to them.

Re: the Avenue 4 question - that series is all collaborations with Brews for New Avenues and others. 1-3 were all with AltBrau, and 4 is with Tilquin. 4 is a blend of lambics Pierre brought over from Belgium with lambic-inspired (‘The’-worthy) de Garde. It will be for sale to-go exclusively at Brews for New Avenues this year on 8/25, and there won’t be much of it. TBD on how we’re going to sell it. Just like Avenue 1-3, de Garde of course reserves the right to keep some of it and may sell it for on-site consumption in their tasting room.

Didn't even try, was an expensive weekend for Collected Works.

I did both. Although a bunch of my CW bottles will make their way into a HF live auction package at Brews again, so I don’t feel like a total glutton.

evan you are such a kiss up

Missed gif opportunity...

(I do "love" the conflation of my criticisms of whiny, entitled ******s on FB with 'Evan is a kiss up'—sorry, nope, I've only said that you fellas are wanks, end of story.)

Looks like it lasted a relatively long time today. Probably because there was no reminder.

Surprised to see no bitching yet. It's been a solid 15 minutes since on-sale.
i'm thinking they might have a lot of extra Orchard but not enough to give everyone double. This is how the Maison sale went. Most everyone got their extras
