I left mine in the low 30s for about 2 months. It was the best beer I ever made!

I sometimes do diacetyl rest for up to a week. Then lager away for atleast 3 weeks (or more, depending on OG)

well if i let it rest from today till sunday is that to long of a rest or will it be ok before it hits the fridge. Also after the rest i rack it to a secondary correct??

I'd look at it this way, if you are leaving town until Sunday and you don't take it up in temp it will sit at the colder temp forfor more days. Given that you are at or slightly past ideal diacetyl rest gravity I would not give the yeast four more days to flocculate out. My opinion is raise the temp and leave it until you return Sunday.

ok thats was i was making sure of so i raised the temp or just moved it out of the basement. up to 65 F so leave it till sunday rack it and stick it in the fridge

ok just got home today and i racked it to a carboy and put it in the fridge. How long should i leave it at 35F a few months. weeks or what. Also i checked the Sg and it was at 1.012

ok so the brew has been in the fridge for over 2 weeks so far and its still bubbling slowly about a bubble a min thats normal right. for laggering I was told to check in about a month in the fridge

If the SG is still 1.012, it's fine. I lager mine at 34 degrees for one week for every 8-10 points of OG. So for a 1.060 lager, that would be 6 weeks or so.

i have brewed an irish red ale oatmeal stout and a porter so far besides that. The Sg was 1.014 6 ish when it went into the fridge. I think it started at 1.064 i will have to consult my calander for the measurment

ok so the brew has been in the fridge lagering for about a month now 4 week. Should i keg it now or let it lager some more before i keg it. ??

You could have kegged for weeks ago and lagered in your keg you certainly can do do now too.

You should taste it and look at it to see if it is what you are looking for. Generally for weeks is the minimum lagering time.

well im not conisure or expiert beer taster. I just looking if it tastes good or not is all lol. I think week 5 ill keg it up. Next weekend
