Like I said a few weeks ago, this has nothing to do with Brady, psi, or anything else like that anymore. This is 100% about the league and the commish wanting court case precedent that would allow him unlimited rights on discipline matters under the CBA. There is no way the league is just going to give up on that.

Goddell's gotten bitch-slapped in the Federal Courts how many times now? Four times? Five times? I'm interested in hearing what the actual ruling was, because frankly it seemed pretty straightforward. You can't "collectively agree" to give up such a fundamental right as having an independent arbitrator; if that's the core of the judges' ruling, I don't think there's too much to appeal.
