Questionable play call or not (and Carroll seems to be making some decent arguments in its favor), that was still a helluva play Butler had to make on that ball. Passes like that are tough to defend, never mind to pick. Not entirely a gift, but the play call definitely gave the Pats a chance to make a really improbable play...

Both teams played well. 1 miraculous catch (Kearse) and a God awful play call (Bevell) on 2nd and goal at the 1 with a timeout in the pocket and 32 seconds to go.

Yup, that patriot defense was far and away the better squad right?

Butler made a great play in clutch times, but there is no way he should have had the opportunity to do so.

I'm pretty happy,right now. Not gonna lie, I was definitely screaming, " not again". The playoffs this season, Ravens, Colts and Seahawks, we're all great games for different reasons. Proud to be a Pats fan.
Nothing to feel bad about, Seahawks. If you look at the entirety of the game, it shouldn't have been so close. That is a testament to your team and how they play the game.
