I don't care about whether a long punt gives you a better opportunity for a runback or not; the coach tells you to go field the punt, you do it, you don't beg off because "it's too hard!" That's borderline insubordination, and a byproduct of a team with no discipline and no accountability.

JETS *should* make a QB change, but to who? Mark Brunnell? I honestly though he retired three or four years ago.

If Holmes really said that he did not want to go out there, then that is not only insubordinate, it would be cowardly. But I question the context in which he actually said the words. It may be that he was just trying to compliment the Dolphins punter who had been kicking bombs all day...he mayyyy have been joking, somewhat, as if to say, "I can't do anything when the guy is punting like that." But it sounds terrible, cowardly, and borders on insubordination. Actually, full insubordination if he really refused to go out. I don't remember if it was before or after the end zone drop. He doesn't seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed....the media love to get guy like this talking and then print their mis-speaks.

New QB: Question....isn't Brad Smith a QB? Isn't he the wildcat QB? I have never seen him throw a pass but I know he can't be any worse than Sancheese. Plus, he'd be a double threat. Go Wildcat! Get creative: put Brunell, Sanchez and Brad Smith out there all at once--I don't care....this team is not going anywhere this season unless they use te middle of the field. Keller running out patterns is useless. There are no Jets within the hash marks on offense...everything goes outside because....that's all they have been able to do.

this thread is going to be great when the Pats get bumped out of the playoffs!

That would be great. All things aside, Tom Brady is a hairplug ******** jerk who likes to yell at his lineman when he has a 38-point lead.

He also fathered a child out of wedlock (classy) with Bridgette Moynihan who is actually hotter than that pink Avatar he married.

OMG! He had a child with a woman he wasn't married to! How has Roger Goddell not suspended him, that's NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE in the entire history of the NFL! The SHAME! The DISGRACE! OH, won't somebody THINK OF THE CHILDREN!!

Give me a ****ing breaking. Seriously. What percentage of professional athletes would you guess have children out of wedlock? 20% 30%? 50%?

Aside from the amount of money that will ultimately cost him (and he's made more than he can spend anyway), having a child with Moynihan is pretty badass imo.

But him wanting a deep-throat receiver in that letter to Santa is pretty creepy.

Even though I hate the Patriots I have to agree, it's a pretty weak argument.

Jet's Antonio Cromartie has nine children with eight women in six states.

Brady is known everywhere in the world, except New England, as an *******. Great, great NFL quarterback, but an *******. All I am saying is that I love to see when he loses, which isn't all that often.

An SI article a few years back said there is an iligitimate child for every player in the NBA...I would guess same is true in NFL. That would be an the average is 1:1, or 100% rate, depending on how you look at numbers. Again, classy, just like Brady, who is one of those fathers.

Cromartie: worse.

I have no argument on those notes. Brady: an *******. Cromartie: probably a less successful, bigger *******.

Why is Brady an ******* again??

The NFL needs to readress the replay system this offseason. Seattle just got screwed on a terrible spot on a fourth down, challenged and lost. Calls shouldn't need to be blatant, just correct!!

WOOHOOO! The rams and my Seahawks are seeing who can back into the playoffs further! Get ready for a photo finish in week 16!

The Pats is wicked good

That is all.

Funny how all the Pats sh!t-talkers DISAPPEAR when they are getting their asses beat by MATT FLYNN!!! Who is Matt Flynn you ask? My point exactly :rockin:

Even if they win this game its kinda like Usain Bolt taking first in the Special Olympics :D

This thread is the main way I know if the pats are at home, cape, bird et al seem too busy to endlessly boast. Tailgating or something boys?

Too busy manning the locker room glory holes at Gillette. ;)

edit: Oops, that might have offended them. Ya know... using the word "Manning"... Brady fans can be sensitive about that. :D

Nope. Just knew they would not suck as bad as the jets which isn't hard to predict. Defense wouldn't let it and they didn't.
