Pats fans will go with the scheffter report, haters will go with the Mortensen report. There is no way of knowing until the Wells report comes out. Either way, no one is going to trust that report, did you see his last one?

obnoxious hat off: The last Wells report that I read (Fins bullying scandal) is exactly why I think Deflategate will die a quiet death if you guys let it. There is not going to be a smoking gun that the league would need to impugn it's SB Champion, so it's going to read just like the Fin's report and throw some low level somebody under the bus, or enact a meaningless rule change, and let everyone else off the hook.

There's another scandal that involves cheating with your team that has nothing to do with deflategate though, and there's plenty of publicly available evidence...
