From a GB fan all I can say is wow. That's some jacked up 2nd best defense. A bit more emotion that I wanted to spend today. A good game to watch for the rest of you though! 11:21 left and I think it's about to tie up!

Signing off, need more beer.

So did the Ravens look good, or the Pats look bad?
I think I know what Cape will answer...

Seriously though, what happened to the NE fans? Only down by 2 scores, goal-line stance and I couldn't hear anything.

If that was San Diego, the announcers would have to yell to be able to hear them. :D

Just got in from the game a few mintues ago... Yeah, the Pats looked f'in horrible. You thought the Raven's looked GOOD??

Your QB went 4 for 10 for 34 yards and a pick. Take away the one long run to start the game and the running game ran for what?? 100 yards?

The Pats absolutely blew the place out.

I f'in hate the Chargers more than anything else in the world but they're going to spank the fluck outta the Ravens if the Raven play the way tehey did today.

New England Patriots <---- going to absolutely freakin own everyone this year and if you don't think that's the case... you're stupid.

HA HA HA HA HA HA, SCHMUCKS. There was almost 4 min. left in the game, down by 2 scores and it looked like the Punktriots gave up. What a disgrace. They got CORN HOLED by the 2nd biggest set of punks/thugs (NE being #1) in the game. I will sleep better tonight knowing that Bellychick, Thomasina, and the rest of those worms are out instead of taking up a play off place like a real team. Peace!

How about now?

Same thing. Didn't deserve to win in the 1st place w/ that crap defense. Just tried to build up hopes and now I'm druck. So I got that going for me. Guess I go on to be an AZ fan next but they're not going anywhere with that D either.

well the last game of the weekend was the sort i was hoping for all four this past weekend. rogers has some stones man, he threw with the warner all night long, after he got his jitters out of the way.

it was better than the last ten cowboys games i've been subjected to by fox and nbc this year. i live and cleveland, and would rather watch any other nfc team than the cowboys, but we get 'em every weekend.

chris collinsworth should also be strangeled with his own endtrails.

31 years!!!!!!! Thats really all I have to say about that.

Dude you are so full of ****. Baltimore tore them apart and make them look like a practice squad. You might want to recheck your math too. Last time I checked 234 minus 83 is still considerably more than 100. Quit your crying and bitchin just like every other pats fan and get used to your team watching the post season from their couches.

Lol!! Special Post-Season seats reserved for the Patriots!!

Make sure it's water proof and in a sound proof room so all of that crying and pi$$ing and moaning won't interfere with watching the play offs.

Well, I suppose you can just put on some old tape of Browns playoff games instead of watching the Cowboys beat up on the Vikings this weekend. I think the Browns had a couple of playoff wins in the early 90's didn't they?

I'm pissing and moaning?? Really? I missed that part. I simply said that the Pats sucked somethin' fierce and any Raven's fan that's already lubing up over the win, I would be pretty careful. You had a QB that went 4-10 for 34 yards and a pick. And then you're absolutely right... I exaggerated by accident. The Ravens put up a whopping 151 yards on the ground not counting the one big run.

That's pissing and moaning?

Nah, there's plenty on Youtube....

Oh wait, that doesn't really help, does it?

Bastid

Thanks for the memories:mad:

You forgot "the fumble" the following year. Oh, and go ahead and kick my dog while you're at it

:D

At least the Browns had a better record than the Pats the final 4 games this year. Just wait til next year:cross:

Go Cardinals!!!!!!

Brady looked like a deer in the headlights yesterday.
I think they kept the wrong quarterback.................
He has been VERY inconsistent this year
Patriots have a lot of holes that need filling.
One at every position............and is Wilfork worth $10 million/year??

Ravens looked good against a team that rolled over and played like ****

KNOW THIS CHARGERS/COLTS FANS

Your teams are facing VERY stout running teams with GOOD defenses this week.

Your D's ranked 31st and 32nd against the run

The only worry I have about Brady is that there's still a lot of re-tooling that the team has to do, and he's already getting to be... well, a bit "veteran." They need a stud running back, they miss having a guy like Corey Dillon. They need better, physical play from the offensive line. They need the defense to play better overall - for all the "talent" on the defensive line, they aren't winning until they can start putting pressure on the passer.

It really comes down to rebuilding the team from the inside out; better, physical play on the line of scrimmage, both offensive and defensive. Take some of the pressure off HAVING to ride Brady's arm every week. As awesome as Wes Welker is, they'd be a much better team if they didn't HAVE to pass the ball to him twelve times a game.

Congrats to the Cards. They are the team I will be routing for this year.

Unfortunately both teams got exposed. The Pack has a year to figure it out. The Cards have a week.

Just a few observations about the Univ of Phoenix Stadium and the Cardinals Organization:

1) Grow up and open the roof up on a 70 degree day. The extra crowd noise was not a factor nor should it be if it depends on having the roof closed. It's not comfortable to be extra hot for no reason and it ****ing football not the NBA.

2) Horrible horrible horrible replays on the bigscreen. We're talking views of a catch on the sideline with no ability to show any angle below the knees. You need to see his feet, you idiots or it isn't even worth showing.

3) The selective and unbalanced display of replays IS a problem for the NFL. Has way more impact than it should. This week Raven and Dallas as an example.

There's not much else to do. When a team has as much success as the Pats have had in the last few years, first their coaching staff gets pulled apart. The one thing that suprises me is that after the first super bowl, a lot of the players left for other teams because of more money. They said things like "Pats for championship, anywhere else for the money". A savvy front office knows you have to pay talent. Their depth chart has been hurt by people leaving also.

Now, get down there on the sofa with Cape Brewer so you can piss and moan together.

Were you druck or are you just not very smart?

I'm smart enough to know the Punktriots are schmucks.

It's hard to say how much losing the coaching talent has impacted things. The defense went from very old to very young, very quickly, and I think they missed having guys like Rodney Harrison and Bruschi and Vrabel to keep players focused and in-line. Not sure what else they could have done other than try and replace those players sooner; maybe re-build a year or two quicker. 2007's offensive explosion overshadowed how bad the D had become, and then we lose Brady for a year....

Think they expected a player like Adalius Thomas to step up into a veteran leadership role, and that doesn't happen.

Plus, they've just mis-fired on a lot of the veteran players they've brought in. The offense was inconsistent in part because they were lacking a good third WR (Galloway was a bust). No pass rush; Derrick Burgess sucks. Thomas has played his last down in NE. Now, it's a matter of rebuilding around some talented young players (Mayo, et al), but as Green Bay saw equally, young defenses aren't usually great defenses.

I was at the game as well, I believe the reason for the roof being closed was due to Warner's fondness of domes...

I have agree with the replays I had to watch the tv's in the suite to get a good look at what happened.

But man was that FUN!

the browns triumphs and defeats of yesteryear are seared into my brain and what's left of my soul. i don't need no vhs, but i do have an original jvc to watch them on.

about the cowboys... seriously, i don't want to watch them every week, or even every other week, and i certianly don't want to watch the same **** game that was just on the weekend prior. ;)

and it is fact, the cowboys owner should be hung by his heels from the jumbo screen in jerry land. :rockin:

The Chargers have given up a lot of yards rushing, but how many Touchdowns? The name Chris Johnson sound familiar?

You can run up and down the field all day, but if it ends up with 3 or 0 points it means nothing!
