So my cousin is getting married the first part of July in MT. My dad and I are going to each brew a batch for it. My wife and I have determined that we're not going to be able to attend.

Anyway, that means that I need a batch bottled by the end of the second week of June so I can send it home with my parents to take to the wedding.

My cousin's favorite style is stout so I thought I'd brew an oatmeal stout but any stout will do.

I would really appreciate recipe suggestion?!

Side note: this forum has been so much help! It's much appreciated.

Do a search for "black pearl porter". "Porter" is really, really close to (and historically the same as) stout.

it's one of the best recipies on this entire site!
