Does this look right? I'm just wondering why it says i should have gotten a 1.068 when my hydrometer says 1.058...? It's been a awhile since my last batch. I'm hoping I just didn't understand something and put it in wrong. Thanks for any help

It looks like you were using the OG expected at 100% efficiency, which is unrealistic. The expected OG for 75% is 1.051, closer to your hydrometer reading. Sounds like it went just fine to me, with efficiency over 75%.
