So guys, I took BierMuncher's idea on a rolling kegerator and made my own as well. If you haven't seen his please go check it out. Being from Indiana, my girlfriend goes to Ball State, her Brother's are at IU and Purdue, and her aunt works for Michigan Unviersity so we needed a way to get my beer to these places. After seeing his idea, I ran with it. Mine is a 2 tap one, where I'll use a extra 5# tank and regulator that i had laying around the basement for the gas parts. 50 gallon rolling trash can from menards was 30 bucks. Reinforced a little bit and off it is. The only thing I want to do left is put a piece of form board installation on top to seal it up under the lid, and install a facet to drain the water. Enjoy!

Also, I know those taps aren't perlicks but I bought them off a guy on Craigslist to get my kegging started and have since which the kegerator to perlicks and had these sitting around. This way I don't have to tear them down to use either one.
