Has anyone used these? I know most of you guys would say go straight to kegs but I really would rather not. Figured I would give this a try but would like some input from people who have used them if anyone has.

Are you talking about beer boxes?

They look like a pain to clean.

If you cant get a dedicated kegerator and are short on fridge space I'd go for 2.5 gal corny kegs before I bought some beer boxes. Additionally 3/5 stars on northern brewers "we filter out bad reviews" system isn't confidence inspiring.

i'm not seeing what you're talking about on their site, only thing 'im seeing are oak cubes

2 plastic containers, 3 picnic taps a piece of tubing, a co2 injector and 5 cartridges for $200 + $7.99 shipping ????? I'll pass!!!!!

At most that is about $50 for them! What a markup!!!! Plus the reviews of the boxes failing??

You can get a 2 keg setup for not much more!!!

I remember early users posting that the sides (and maybe the tops and bottoms as well) bulged out when the beer is carbonated so the boxes tip over and take up more room. The response from the manufacturer or the seller was effectively " yeah, that happens. too bad"

Thanks everyone for all the input. Looks like I'll get a keg at some point. After reading more and more about them they just seem like garbage
