Noob from Manchaca (SW of Austin) TX

Howdy, was Googling Blue Moon looking for a restaurant in Austin and a link to this forum came up. I have only brewed one batch and that was soooo long ago (just out of college ...many,many years ago) that it doesn't even count. I can't even remember what we made. Maybe a Budweiser clone or something equally sad.

Recently I have become interested in stouts, hoppy IPA's and barley wines ...the stronger and hoppier, the better. Maybe when I get a job again, I will try to brew up one of them.

DOH! I better get back to looking for that restaurant.
