Hello from Europe

Howdy,
joining from Europe, where I've spent many years bottling wine (we get it from petrol-pumps to fill a demijohn, then you bring that home and bottle it) and distilling all sorts.

Only recently got into brewing, and found this forum while looking for a recipe for a lager I had many many years ago (julbrew) - this is the only place that even references it (though no recipe yet sadly )

Never had a julbrew but there are a few people here who like to make clones or reconstruct lost brews...

I bet you could start a "help me recreate" thread and get a few solid recipe suggestions...
