Pitched Fermintis S-04 @ 60 and it's about 73 now still no action what now just wait....
 
wOke up this morning and she was purring like a kitten. I was thinking the same thing but it's all good now. Thanks
 
60 is a fairly low temp temp to pitch at.

I pitch at about 72*F and then put the fermenter into a temp controlled fridge that is set at 64*F. I usually find it bubbling away the next day with the carboy temp at about 68*F.
 
Better to start cool and warm up, then the opposite. When temps drop, yeast tend to drop out quicker. The fermentation process will generate extra heat anyway.
