wow... starting at 8pm... I typically start at 4 or 6 pm, but 8 only once... drunk and tired at 3am trying to be quiet cleaning fermenters and making stupid mistakes...
just make sure that if you have any last minute details that you need to take care, do it early not late

All cleaned up and done. Had a splitting headache right after I started so I didn't drink anything. I actually started around 6 so a 5.5 all grain brew day was great. For a change, I nailed this one with ZERO mistakes!
