New member from Canada here. although I have made a few small batchs of wine in the past I'd call myself a first timer at this point. Found this community well looking for wine making info I'm an avid Gardener and it's my first year with a sizable grape and apple harvest. Got lots of raspberries and blackberries too. Can't wait to peruse the recipes! wish me luck I'll let you you know what I come up with.
