My name is James. This is my first forum so bear with me. I'm from Richmond Texas outside of Houston. I just brewed my first batch with some guys that have been doing it a while. Fermenting now for a week and a half. I can't wait to try it. Waiting is the hardest part. Looking forward to gaining some knowlege. Well thats that.

Welcome! What kind of beer did you brew? This is a great place to learn.
An IPA of some sort. The guys that showed me how to do it know more than I do. I traded them a burner stand for their knowledge, and got to keep the first batch. We are going to do it again Friday. This time we are going to do something like Guinness.
