I am waiting for the hot break and thought I would say thanks to all of you for posting/replying such great advice and in such a civil manner. I am in the middle of brewing an Irish stout. (Better check for a boil over) This is my third brew but I want to say that I attribute the success of my second to reading this board.

I would send you all a bottle but................
