Hi Everyone,
I just joined a couple days ago as I was brewing my first batch. I am starting out small - a 1 gallon kit, but am sure that I will be upgrading shortly. My first batch is an American Wheat and I am relatively certain things are going as planned - I guess we'll see in a few weeks, right

Anyway, the site has already been a big help and I'm looking forward to sharing my successes, near misses, and bombs with you all.
