Hello all,
New to brewing and looking forward to the craft. I have my first batch of apple cider brewing now. 1-1/2 gallons of apple juice, 5 cups of sugar and 1 packet of Lalvin EC-1118 yeast. First fermentation is complete and will be racking tonight.
