Short time lurker here, just getting into the HB thing, got a Belgian Wit in the primary as I type, and just like any newb, I'll have questions! I'll post my recipe in the Extract brewing section.

This is my 3rd ever brew, the first being a Mr beer....:cross:
The second without training wheels, with a Brewers Best 5 gallon kit, did a smoked porter but added 2 extra lbs of sugar to make it a final abv of 7.0
