Just wanted to say hi, i've been brewing for a little over 2 years, last year was about 185 gallons with most being all grain. I just finished my new brewtree with converted kegs and have made 1 10 gallon batch so far. I haven't made any lagers yet but just acquired a freezer so might possibly entertain the notion. I keg 95-98 % of my beers but some will get bottled because they are odd i.e. porters or high gravity, ones that only get drank once in awhile.
