Hi everyone,
New to home brewing only two 5 gal batches under my belt, one spoiled though. I like to mess around with wheats and about to start a hefe. I do need help though because I want to enter a local competition in Feb. (Did I mention in WA) I do want to mess with a chocolate wheat but not sure what I need for the competition so I am waiting. Anyone entered before will be helpful, not sure what I need like recipe wise ect.

The room was too warm and just didn't smell right.

Lookup EdWort's Bee Cave Hefeweizen. Very standard: you could play with it by adding some roasted malts. I don't know about adding chocolate to it though..
