Hey all,
So I recently visited a nearby cidery and I have to say I caught the bug to brew some..I am new to cider but I have been brewing beer for a few years now..so a few things..if anyone has a good recipe for a semi sweet cider I would appreciate it..I am looking to make a slightly carbonated cider..I also have some lager yeast in my fridge that I found. Will that work? Anyway, any advice is greatly appreciated I’d like to get some done by the new year. Thanks!

I'm also new to this but I have had some great batches!

my first batch was simple and done fast...., just go look at the recipe forum and pick a basic one.

If you haven't gotten it going already it will be 100% done by new years.

Happy brewin

Howdy! I'm brand new to brewing in general but sunday I brewed some Graff. I believe it is stickied in the cider recipe section. It's a partial mash

Cider is pretty simple. Just get good juice and augment with tannin and or malic acid if needed.

I would suggest.....actually BEG you to save some for six to eight months!

Graff /cider/cyser goes from pretty good to holy s#@* good with some aging.
