Hi all, I am Ty and I'm from Cape Town, South Africa.
I am new to brewing and love trying all styles of beer, that's why I got into brewing, to try copy beers I enjoy and to try out new things and experiment, I only have 4 brews that I have brewed so far. First was a extract from a Coopers kit and then went straight into all grain and have brewed an Irish Stout, a coffee and chocolate infused Stout for our winter and have just done an American Amber Ale that should be ready in a couple of weeks.
Looking forward to a wealth of information that I can gain from other members on the forum and obviously many more brews to come.
