My Dubbel I made in September last year. It's my first all grain, and the last bottle of the 20 liter batch. Poured at a nice 7,3%. Bitter sweet and I'n very pleased with the result. (Don't mind the quickly thrown together label)

That looks yummy! I've got one bottle left from a Quebecois Quad called Mons...brewed by a Belgian expat Brewer in the middle of bumfvck nowhere Quebec...Amos. Really nice stuff though! 10.5% ABV and a belly warmer!

I call it Birefringence. If you're not familiar with the principle look it up kinda it's pretty cool, it's a 13% imperial stout

it's a already 7 month ipa, so the aroma and flavour is decreased naturally

i don't find big difference within the two, maybe the one with isinglass has a more clean taste, but i think is more a impression influenced by the color than the reality; i'm pretty sure that in a blind test i'm not able to tell any difference between the two

I'd say my best IPA to date. Massive amounts of Simcoe, Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic. 17% oats. Sad to see it all go down into my belly...

Blueberry Vanilla Porter. Extract with specialty grains base beer. 11lbs of blueberry puree and frozen blueberries added after initial fermentation, 2 vanilla sticks cut, scraped, and placed in vodka before adding.

My house porter, a Founder's clone.
Split the 10 gal batch between US-05 and Nottingham Ale yeast. Both taste great, upper 30's at Drunk Monk Challenge.
