I'm almost 40 I live in Texas and absolutely love craft beer. My boyfriend kept saying he needed a hobby so I got hook a beer kit for Christmas one year. It sat for the longest time so I decided to make the beer. I'm hooked. My first brew was amazing I'm so hoping the 2nd will be also. I cheat though and use a kit (Craft a Brew) because I have no idea what I'm doing. Lol. You got to start somewhere I guess.
P.S. I also learned your wart won't boil over as easy if you use something like a new wave that can keep the heat at a certain temp.
