Hello from a new member! I’ve been making wild wines, ciders, meads and beer for the past 6 years now and have fully caught the fermentation bug. I am in the process of automating my brew house and stumbled upon your site. Looks like there is a lot of great info here and look forward to making some new brewer friends!
