Hello, I'm Neu ^.^


I've only just started brewing as of two days ago, so looking forward to learning what I can here!

Mostly interested in doing smaller batches as I don't drink much personally (lol) so I like doing smaller batches that I can then part out to friends or family. I'm starting on a batch of Ginger & Peach mead, and makgeolli.

My current set up. I don't have the spare for an onggi, so the makgeolli is in a tamale steamer.


Can't wait to see how they turn out!
