Hi all , I'm tom
I've recently gained interest in using produce from around the allotment I have for different things

I have multiple fruit trees and have since got bored of making simple jams and sauces

I'm interested in making and producing flavourful and crisp apple and pear ciders

Any and all advice will help as to how I can navigate this site the best
