I have been lurking for a while and now it is time to introduce myself. I have been aquiring equiptment and I am about ready to brew my first batch. Heading to kettle to keg to get my ingredients tommorow. Going to start with extract and will progress to all grain. We have a large maple operation so naturally I am interested in some sap beer, An older gentelman in the area brews some real good stuff and I hope he will divulge his secret recipe. I just found the Yankee Ingenuity Group and I am going to join. This website has a ton of info. Thank you guys for taking to the time to post all this valuable info. I am nervously lookind forward to my first batch!!!
