I use gimp on WinXP. But the most useful "tool" is Google image search. There's just the building image and the concrete background image put together. The fonts come from dafont.com. I have zero artistic talent and mostly just searched the Internet.

...and I forgot to add hops to the ingredients list. Thanks to pappers for pointing that out.

My favorite part is the directions. Too many of my friends have just grabbed them out and forgot about the "living beverage". That label is very cool. I think I might change the block font words to the same color though. Just my 2¢.
