Hi gang...
I'm brand new to brewing. I was first turned in college as I took a very small part in assisting some good friends brew a blueberry lambic then recently brewed a batch of brown ale with a friend. That really gave me the bug and this past weekend I visited my LHBS and got everything I need to start.
I wanted to get the anxiety out and did a 10minute brew of a recipe called Summer Solstice. The owner of the store said it should come out with a similar finish to Pilsner Urquel. Very excited to see. I'll be following up with an IPA.
I have to say these boards are amazing and full of incredible information.
