hello-I started brewing in 95 (were does the time go)with with one of those late night tv beer brew kits. They offered a 1 gallon fermentor and 3 cans of malt extract with yeast under the cap--no hops or real directions. I found my LHBS after that and moved up to a 5 gallon bucket. Well years later and I'm still learning alot. I moved up to AG this year.I batch sparge in a 5 gallon liquid cooler and use a turkey frier to boil. I moved to kegging as well but can't help but save bottles all the time(some habits never go away).Love this site and look forward to getting advise on experiments from all of you.
