Hey folks I am just lurking for now but wanted to introduce myself. I come from a distillation background and beer seems like a natural transition from the dark side. I have some ferment experience so I figure I can swing it but I will be doing a ton of reading so I don't throw out too many dumb questions. Job hunting at this time so all hobbies are on hold. When I get jobbed up I will be upgrading my membership and beginning what I figure will be Ed Wort's Bee Cave Pale Ale.

Great site! Hope to be a bigger part of it soon.
