I'm making my first NEIPA soon. I recall reading an insert in Zymergy about the details on the water treatment within the last year written by Martin or A.J. IIRC, but I can't seem to find it now. If anyone has a link to that please post it here i'd like to read that again.

I'm going to target 175-200 ppm Ca, 100-125ppm Cl, 75-100ppm SO4.

I'm not sure what mash pH to target. higher end of the yellow range, so 5.35-5.4?

Also is what are the recommended Na, Mg levels? Should I just read those from the recommended 'yellow full' profile on Bruunwater?

Thanks All!
