New brewer....well supporter anyways!

So my boyfriend has decided to brew beer which is fantastic as I love a great beer. So far he has made a fantastic pale ale with brown sugar and organic apples. He also has a couple new batches he started this week. I kinda let him do his thing and reap all the benefits, but I thought I would join and get involved in the world of beer making. Lots of great info here and I look forward to trying and sharing some recipes with other brewers/brew supporters.
