Hello fellow brewers, i'm a new brewer from southside Chicago suburbs. I'm 23 years old and just beginning my first 5 gallon recipie, its a kit called German Oktoberfest, as of today i'm about 5 days into primary fermentation. I've signed up with this community to hopefully recieve helpful tips from some of you more advanced brewers, which I really need, and hopefully gain a more full understanding of the brewing process.
