Hello everybody, I'm new to brewing( only have 2 coopers kits under my belt). I want to start adding some of my own ingredients. Any ideas where I should start? Also what is the difference of using corn sugar as to dried malt extract? Cheers!

Don't have much experience with those kits, plus I keg. I've always used corn sugar to carbonate when I bottle.
