Hello all, have just starting out brewing and have very recently bottled my first two 2 gallon partial grain brews. Will be looking to go all grain as soon as I can get the funds together for the equipment, which sadly won't be until after Christmas....probably quite a while after realistically.
I work as a pub manager for a local craft brewery so have had lots of complicated advice which made little sense until I came here and read up, so thanks to all!
