haha, ok, I'm down...

Give our beer a few more weeks to condition, it's only been in the bottle 1.5 weeks now, then we can arrange it :p

by the way, I'm trying to keep myself from drinking the beer before it's at it's prime, so I'm sitting on the couch researching physics and drinking wine...verrrryyyy tempted to go grab a bottle... :) Can't wait until we get that pipeline going. Hehe, *must *resist

Have you brewed another batch yet? If not, you're already behind :) I've got 15 gallons going right now, and another 5 planned for this weekend if I can find the time. That's on top of the 4 very-nearly empty kegs in the keezer. Moving sucks, totally disrupted my pipeline! :p

I knowww, I'm totally behind.
It's been the end of semester finals craze this last few weeks, and my brew buddy has been out of town. But we have another date planned. Trying to decide exactly how we want to do it. Thinking of doing a honey wheat, and then separating it out into a few different small secondaries - with different fruits and stuff as an experiment - also leaving one just plain.
That will be our last extract batch I think. From there we will use the smaller carboys to help us try a bunch of different partial or all grain IPA recipes. So it's all in the works, it's just hard to co-ordinate two people with different insane schedules. Ill probably end up getting another brewing set so I can do it on my own when our schedules are too restrictive. Technically the kit was my present to him for his birthday, so I can't just appropriate it, and bring it over to my place to brew without him... lol :)

I started out brewing with a buddy of mine, but I wanted to go full steam ahead and he was just too busy. He became a home brew drinker rather than a home brewer :)

LOL. That might be the direction this is headed. Although honestly his knowledge of beer styles and appropriate tastes and appearances is much more advanced than mine, and it certainly helps to know what you are shooting for. I'm learning though, and trying to research as thoroughly as possible... ;) :drunk:

(I love that the drunk smiley is a generic one on this board)
